     Col. Jerry A. Vaughn, Human Resources Officer, Florida National Guard, Office of
the Adjutant General, St. Augustine, FL, appearing for Departments of the Army and the Air
Force.

GOODMAN, Board Judge.

     Claimant, Curtis D. Clark, an employee of the Florida National Guard, requested that
this Board review the agency's denial of relocation costs in connection with his move from
Herrin, Illinois, to Winter Haven, Florida.  Upon further review of Mr. Clark's claim, the
agency has decided to reimburse claimant.  Mr. Clark states he has received  reimbursement
of his relocation expenses.  The claim is therefore dismissed.
