     Danny R. Kellam asked us to review the United States Army Corps of Engineers'
decision to deny his request for reimbursement of real estate expenses.  On June 24, 2002,
the Board received a letter from Mr. Kellam withdrawing his claim.  Accordingly, this claim
is dismissed.
