Board of Contract Appeals General Services Administration Washington, D.C. 20405 _______________________________________________ September 6, 2002 _______________________________________________ GSBCA 15906-RELO In the Matter of ROBERT MADDEN Alan Banov of Alan Banov & Associates, Washington, DC, appearing for Claimant. Kathryn DuCharme Poling, Agency Representative CECOM Bevoir Legal Office, Fort Belvoir, VA, appearing for Department of the Army. BORWICK, Board Judge. In this matter claimant sought payment for the shipment of his household goods by the commuted rate method rather than the actual expense method the agency had used as the basis for reimbursement. On August 30, 2002, the agency advised the Board that it had amended claimant's travel authorization to authorize reimbursement by the commuted rate method. In view of the agency's action, claimant advised the Board that he had no objection to dismissal of the claim. Having been resolved by the parties, this matter is DISMISSED. __________________________ ANTHONY S. BORWICK Board Judge
