     Calvin F. Hite, Beckley, WV, Claimant.

     C. Bruce Sheaffer, Comptroller, National Park Service, Department of the Interior,
Washington, DC, appearing for Department of the Interior.

HYATT, Board Judge.

     Claimant, Calvin F. Hite, requested the Board's review of the National Park Service's
decision to deny reimbursement of temporary quarters subsistence expenses (TQSE) that he
incurred incident to his recent permanent change of station from Pennsylvania to West
Virginia.  Upon further review of the circumstances, the National Park Service has
determined that the denial of Mr. Hite's claim for TQSE was in error.  The agency is 
processing Mr. Hite's claim for reimbursement of these expenses.  In light of this, Mr. Hite
has requested that his claim be removed from our docket.

     Accordingly, this claim is dismissed.
