     Cynthia R. Blevins, Acting Deputy Director, Finance Center, United States Army
Corps of Engineers, Millington, TN, appearing for Department of the Army.

DeGRAFF, Board Judge.

     David P. Brockway asked us to review the United States Army Corps of Engineers'
decision to deny his claim for reimbursement for temporary quarters subsistence expenses. 
On January 2, 2003, the United States Army Corps of Engineers advised us that
Mr. Brockway would be reimbursed for his expenses.  On January 13, 2003, the Board
received a letter from Mr. Brockway withdrawing his claim.  Accordingly, this claim is
dismissed.
