                In the Matter of THOMAS A. SECUNDA


     Thomas A. Secunda, Cochran, GA, Claimant.

     Capt. Kyle W. Little, Assistant Staff Judge Advocate, 311th Human Systems Wing,
Department of the Air Force, Brooks City-Base, TX, appearing for Department of the Air
Force.

PARKER, Board Judge.

     Claimant, Thomas A. Secunda, an employee of the Department of the Air Force (Air
Force),  requested that this Board review the agency's denial of relocation costs in connection
with his move from Kelly Air Force Base, Texas, to Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. 

     On August 21, 2003, the Air Force notified the Board that it has reexamined
claimant's submission and claimant should be reimbursed for the relocation costs.  On
August 22, 2003, Mr. Secunda informed the Board that he wished to withdraw his claim.

     Accordingly, the claim is dismissed.
