PARKER, Board Judge.

                              ORDER

     Claimant, Martin J. Miller, an employee of the Fish and Wildlife Service, in Hadley,
Massachusetts, requested that this Board review the agency's request for payment of an
overweight charge for shipping his household goods.

     On November 10, 2004, Mr. Miller informed the Board that the moving company
revised the shipping weight used to determine the charges and requested that this claim be
dismissed.

     Accordingly, the claim is dismissed.
