GOODMAN, Board Judge.

     Claimant, Isaac M. Kuria, is a civilian employee of the Department of the Army.  He
requested that this Board review the agency's determination concerning his claim for
reimbursement of costs arising from official duty travel.

     By letter dated September 3, 2004, claimant advised the Board that the agency had
paid his claim in full and requested that his claim be withdrawn.  Accordingly, this case is
dismissed.
