     Robert Heater, Washington, DC, Claimant.

     Paul B. Dean, Office of the Legal Adviser, Department of State, Washington, DC,
appearing for Department of State.

GOODMAN, Board Judge.

     Claimant Robert Heater is an employee of the Department of State.  He requested this
Board to review the agency's decision not to increase his allowance for shipping of household
effects (HHE) as the result of his relocation from Haiti to Cameroon.

     On October 14, 2004, an agency representative and claimant filed a joint request that
claimant's claim be dismissed, as the agency has agreed to ship claimant's remaining HHE
to his new duty station.  Accordingly, this case is dismissed.
