PARKER, Board Judge.

                              ORDER

     On September 27, 2004, Vickie L. Johnson requested that the Board review the
decision of the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), denying her request
to participate in the BOP's guaranteed home sale program.  As a result of a telephonic
conference with all parties, BOP informed the Board by letter dated September 28, 2004, that
it will be authorizing Ms. Johnson to participate in the program.

     Accordingly, this claim is dismissed.
