     Shirley Lee Autry, Deputy Director, Finance Center, United States Army Corps of
Engineers, Millington, TN, appearing for Department of the Army.

DeGRAFF, Board Judge.

     Linda L. Skaggs asked us to review the United States Army Corps of Engineers'
decision to deny her claim for reimbursement of real estate expenses.  On January 21, 2005,
the United States Army Corps of Engineers advised us that Ms. Skaggs had been reimbursed
for her expenses.  On February 3, 2005, the Board received a letter from Ms. Skaggs stating
her expenses had been paid and requesting the claim be closed.  Accordingly, this claim is
dismissed.
