                              ORDER

    On February 28, 2005, Julie +Mellinger filed with the Board a claim for
reimbursement from the Department of the Air Force of expenses incurred in the termination
of a lease incident to a permanent change of station from Virginia to Colorado.  On April 29,
2005, claimant advised the Board that the matter had been settled and asked to withdraw her
claim.  The Department of the Air Force has concurred in this request.  Accordingly, this
claim is dismissed.
