Department of Agriculture, Washington, DC,  appearing for Department of Agriculture.
                                 
PARKER, Board Judge.

     On September 7, 2005, the Food Safety and Inspection Service of the Department of
Agriculture informed the Board that it had decided to authorize reimbursement of claimant's
expenses incurred in connection with his permanent transfer.  On September 8, 2005,
claimant withdrew his claim.

     Accordingly, the claim is dismissed.
