     Michael C. Palumbo asked us to review the Department of the Air Force's decision
to reduce payment of real estate expenses incurred during his relocation.

     On March 16, 2006, the claimant and the agency filed a joint request for dismissal,
stating that the parties have resolved the matter.  Accordingly, this claim is dismissed.
