     On March 30, 2006, the Corps of Engineers, Department of the Army, informed the
Board that it had decided to authorize reimbursement of claimant's request for additional
subsistence expenses in connection with his permanent transfer, and claimant withdrew the
claim. 

     Accordingly, the claim is dismissed.
