        Jeanette Bushner, Chief, Travel Section, Financial  Services
   Center, Department of Veterans Affairs, Austin, TX, appearing for
   Department of Veterans Affairs.

        On May 24, 1999, claimant, Michael L. Watson, an employee of
   the  Department of  Veterans  Affairs, filed  a  request for  the
   Board's review  of a suspended  travel reclaim for the  amount of
   $30  in expenses  incurred  in  connection  with  temporary  duty
   travel.   On June  22, 1999, the  Department of  Veterans Affairs
   (DVA) notified the  Board that the reclaim had  been approved and
   payment  had been  made to Mr.  Watson.   DVA asked the  Board to
   dismiss this  matter from its docket.   By letter  dated June 29,
   1999, Mr. Watson confirmed  that he has been  paid and wishes  to
   withdraw his claim.  Accordingly, this claim is dismissed.
