        Katherine Brucker, Arlington, VA, Claimant.
 
        Donald Covington,  Chief, Payments  Division, Department  of
   State, Washington, DC, appearing for Department of State.
 
   BORWICK, Board Judge.
 
        Claimant, an employee of the State Department, filed a claim
   at this Board  contesting the agency's  refusal to reimburse  her
   for $543.29 in travel  expenses.  Claimant incurred the  expenses
   when she  was required  to perform official  travel prior  to her
   approved  annual leave  and could  not  make the  flight for  her
   vacation.  On July 20, 2000, claimant notified the Board that the
   Department of State had reimbursed  her in full, thus making this
   matter moot.  The claim is dismissed.
