                                 ORDER
 
        On May 26, 2000,  claimant, Joan M. Antonelli,  appealed the
   denial of  her claim for   reimbursement for dry cleaning  by the
   Immigration  and  Naturalization  Service  (INS),  Department  of
   Justice.  On June 13, 2000, INS informed the Board that the claim
   has since been approved for  payment and claimant agrees that the
   claim may be dismissed.
 
        Accordingly, this claim is dismissed.
