     On February 13, 2002, claimant informed the Board that the Defense Commissary
Agency has issued the requested travel orders settling the dispute that gave rise to this claim. 
The matter has been settled to claimant's satisfaction, and claimant is withdrawing the claim.

     Accordingly, the claim is dismissed.
