Board of Contract Appeals General Services Administration Washington, D.C. 20405 August 7, 2002 GSBCA 15918-TRAV In the Matter of WILLIAM DRISCOLL William Driscoll, Nashua, NH, Claimant. Diane M. Houry, David K. Barnes, and Donald M. Suica, Public Contracts and Technology Law Branch, General Legal Services, Internal Revenue Service, Washington, DC, appearing for Department of the Treasury. DANIELS, Board Judge (Chairman). William Driscoll, an employee of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), asked the Board to review his supervisor's denial of reimbursement of some of the expenses he claimed on a travel voucher. In response, the IRS noted that under that agency's procedures, an employee who disagrees with his management's disallowance of a travel claim may request review by the agency's Office of Travel Management and Relocation. IRS asked that Mr. Driscoll submit his claim to that office for potential resolution. Mr. Driscoll has agreed to the agency's request, provided that he may resubmit the case to us if he is dissatisfied with the Office of Travel Management and Relocation's determination. The IRS has no objection to this arrangement. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice to its reinstatement. _________________________ STEPHEN M. DANIELS Board Judge
