     Wilbert Smith, Jessup, MD, Claimant.

     Bradley T. Gross, Chief, Finance Branch, Bureau of Federal Prisons, Department of
Justice, Washington, DC, appearing for Department of Justice.

PARKER, Board Judge.

     Wilbert Smith, an electrical engineer employed by the Federal Bureau of Prisons,
requested that the Board review his agency's calculation of the amount due to Mr. Smith for
renting a car in connection with a temporary duty (TDY) assignment to Fort Lauderdale,
Florida. 

     On April 21, 2003, the Board convened a conference call with the claimant and the
agency during which the parties were able to resolve the matter.  Claimant subsequently filed
notification that a final payment has been made to the agency.  Accordingly, the claim is
dismissed.
