PARKER, Board Judge. ORDER Claimant, Leroy R. May, an employee of the National Personal Protective Technology Laboratory in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, requested that this Board review the agency's denial of travel expenses he incurred while on temporary detail to Morgantown, West Virginia. On November 20, 2003, the agency informed the Board that it had re-evaluated Mr. May's claim and would authorize reimbursement of expenses as allowable under the Federal Travel Regulation and in compliance with the Department of Health and Human Services' Travel Manual. On December 1, 2003, Mr. May informed the Board that he accepted the agency's offer and requested that this claim be dismissed.
